This linear route in the Sierra Nevada goes from the Hoya de la Mora to the Lagunillas de la Virgen. It is 12km long, has an elevation of 468m and takes approximately 4 hours to complete. At this altitude there is no problem with it being too hot in August.
LONG DESCRIPTION
The route starts in the car park at Hoya de la Mora in the Sierra Nevada. We walk past the Refugio Militar Capitán Cobo and the Caseta de Información del Parque Nacional and then up to the statue of the Virgen de las Nieves.
